How do you define success? For me, it's an unwavering commitment to achieving strategic goals. Once those goals are clearly defined, forge ahead, pausing periodically to assess and re-calibrate if necessary until you achieve the desired results. The education, corporate training and mentorships have served me well over the years, but I've attained immeasurable wisdom from the most unsuspecting teachers. It's through the testimonies heard while serving in homeless shelters and from what seems to be the inexplicable joy of children in otherwise destitute circumstances that I'm inspired to never stop dreaming, to never stop evolving and growing.
